Scholarship Package
At YDP USA we offer one of the most affordable and reliable scholarship services on the market. We look to cater for each individual players needs with a YDP USA representative being assigned to each athlete.
Our package includes:
Visa Assisstance
We will assist each athlete through the process of obtaining their F-1 student visa. This will include submitting SEVIS forms and the booking of their appointment with the US embassy.
Eligibility Assessment
This will be an overall assessment of the athletes academic and athletic ability. If we believe that the athlete has both of these credentials then we will look to take them on board. We will not take any athlete that we do not believe that we can provide our full service to.
Showcase Games
We give all of our signed athletes a place in our showcase games. These showcase games are a great way to display your talents to coaches across the USA. We will always have coaches in live attendance or watching via a livestream.
On-Call Service
YDP USA staff will be on call 7 days a week. We pride ourselves in being able to give constant support to our athletes and their families. We have a 24 hour response rate where we look to respond to all queries.
Exposure To US Coaches
Through our ever-growing list of US college contacts, we will promote all of our players to the coaches of college teams that we feel would be at the level of the athlete.
SAT/ACT Test Support
We will provide guidance to all of our athletes on the relevant guides to study. We will also provide links to the website for booking the test at the nearest test centre.
Highlight Video
We will create a highlight video of all of our athletes. We will use footage given to us by the athlete or we will come and film the athlete ourselves using our veo cam. These are our athletes "foot in the door" to colleges as this is usually the first thing a coach will look at when viewing an athletes profile.
Payment Plan Option
We give our athletes and their families the option of either paying our fees on a one off payment or we can advance into a payment plan option where the payments can be split up to into up to 4 payments.
Full YDP USA Nike Training Kit
Every athlete will receive a Nike training top and shorts.
On-Going Support Throughout College
We do not stop supporting our athletes once they have "crossed the pond" we look to support them throughout their entire time in the USA. This includes helping them transfer colleges should they choose to.
Important Information
YDP USA Scholarships are not responsible if any of the following occurs:

The client fails to disclose or commits any criminal offences whether in this country or any other country

The client decides to change their mind after signing and paying the service agreement fee

The client fails to complete college application forms in time to start their scholarship placement

The client fails to achieve the required score on entry level test such as the ACT or SAT

It is the clients' responsibility to communicate to YDP USA any added credentials or achievements after the first creation of the clients CV

The client has their visa rejected by the US embassy

If the client sustains a serious injury that prevents them from going, a refund will be calculated from the amount of work that has been put in by YDP USA

YDP USA makes decisions on athletes in line with the NCAA, NAIA and NJCAA but are not responsible for the athletic association's view on the athlete's eligibility
Customer Referral Programme
If you are to recommend a player to us and they sign on to YDP USA, we will give you 10% of the service agreement fee as a thank you for your recommendation.
Refund Policy
If a client is seeking a refund of the YDP USA Scholarships service agreement within the 10 day cooling-off period stated in the contract then they will receive this back within two weeks. If the client is seeking a refund outside of the cooling-off period, they will be eligible for a 50% refund providing this is within 60 days of signing the service agreement contract. Any refunds requested after this time frame will be subject to a medical condition accompanied with a signed doctors note, if this is the case a partial refund will be issued depending on how much work has gone in to the clients profile.
Additional Costs to Consider
The following is a list of costs that are not included in the YDP USA service agreement that are worth considering, not all of these costs will be applicable to you and most are one time fees to be paid before you go.
